Please start by doing the following:

1. Take a look at our list of Frequently Asked Questions. If yours is a common concern, you may find instant gratification there.
2. See the public discussions between the staff and other members. We may have already been alerted to a problem and be working on it. You can add further information if necessary, or subscribe to an RSS feed to receive notifications on the status of the issue.
3. Try the search box at the top of the page. It may turn up a useful FAQ or discussion you missed.

If you don't find what you need, you can start a discussion using the link at the bottom of the page.

If you have a problem that only concerns you or your Freecode account, please log in so you can create a private discussion that can only be seen by the staff and yourself.
